COLLI PIACENTINI - BONARDA

Description
Obtained from grapes of Bonarda Piemontese or Croatina vine varieties for at least l'85% and of other grapes of the same colour and variety recommended or authorized around Piacenza province. Maximum production: 13 tons per hectare and a subsequent wine production not exceeding 70%. Bonarda has a ruby red - sometimes intense - colour, pleasant and characteristic scent, dry, sweet or semi-sweet taste, delicate tannic texture, plain, fizzy, with a maximum alcohol volume of  11,5°C.
Served at a temperature of 18°C, Bonarda is best tasted with soups. If served in its sweet variety, it is ideal with strawberries and pastry. This wine is also produced in a semi-sweet version with a shiny ruby red colour and a typical scent of fruits and must, its taste is sweet, fragrant, delicate and velvety.  Best served at a temperature of 8° C, with pastry and Spring fruits. Alcohol volume: 11,5 °C maximum.
