COLLI PIACENTINI - GUTTURNIO E GUTTURNIO CLASSICO

Description
Obtained from grapes of "Barbera" and "Croatina" vine varieties (locally known as "Bonarda") of 55-70% and 30-45% respectively,  Gutturnio wine is ruby red with purple shapes, its scent is typically of grapes and must, with a dry or delicately sweet taste, fresh, young, plain or fizzy. The Gutturnio variety is typically sparkling.
To be served at about 18° C, is best paired with soups and white meats.
Alcohol: 12° minimum.
