COLLI PIACENTINI - NOVELLO

Description
Obtained from Pinot Noir, Barbera and Bonarda grapes, pure or mixed for at least 60% with other approved red grapes in the province of Piacenza, with a maximum production of 13 tons per hectare and wine production not exceeding 70%. Novello wine is ruby red with a typical scent of wine and fruit, dry or sweet taste, fragrant and slightly bitter, plain or sometimes fizzy. Alcohol stength: 11% vol. minimum.
Novello pairs with season dishes, from appetizers to desserts, with special attention to boiled meat and light stews, savoury cheeses, chestnuts and baked potatoes. To be served at a temperature of  16-18°C .
