COLLI PIACENTINI - SAUVIGNON

Description
Obtained from grapes bearing the same name for at least 85% and from other grapes recommended or authorized around Piacenza province, Sauvignon has a maximum grapes production of 10 tons per hectare and a wine production not exceeding 70%. Sauvignon has an  intense yellowish colour, a delicate and characteristic scent, sweet or sour taste, palatable, moderately fizzy, sometimes sparkling. Its minimum alcohol strength is 11.5° C. This wine comes also in a sparkling version.
Sauvignon is the perfect choice in many occasions, especially with starters, dishes served cold, soups, white meat and fish. It is at its best when drank shortly after its production year, to savour its wide array of tasting shades. Best served at a temperature of 10° C.
