COLLI PIACENTINI - VALNURE

Description
This wine is obtained from grapes of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo and Trebbiano Romagnolo vine varieties, but to these we can add white grapes from recommended or authorized varieties from Piacenza province. In vineyards the production cannot exceed 10 tons per hectare and the subsequent wine production is 70% maximum. Valnure wine has a light straw yellow colour, a typical scent, pleasant, fragrant, with a dry, semi-sweet or sweet taste, plain or fizzy. Its minimum alcohol volume is 11°C. Valnure wine is produced in two variesties: sparkling or semi-sparkling.
Serving temperature: 10°C. Best served with appetizers, soups, fish, white meats and sweet cheeses.
