for the dough:300 gr. flour - 100 gr. sugar - 100 gr. butter - 2 eggs - oil or lard - icing sugar; for the stuffing: 300 gr. "mostarda" (speciality from Cremona)- 80 gr. macaroons - 1 spoon cocoa - 1 glass of sweet liquor (like rhum).

Chop "mostarda" and add, in a bowl macaroons crushed to powder, the spoon of cocoa and rhum, and mix well.
