600 gr. flour - 2 eggs - salt - water - leeks - lard.
Приготовление
IKnead the flour with water till you obtain a uniform and soft batter; add 1 egg every 3 hg of flour, salt and let the dough rest for about half an hour before cooking it. When ready, add a "bavaron" (leek) cut into thin slices to the batter and fry spoonfuls of the mix in a round pan.
